2006 Arcane Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon
Rogue Valley, Southern Oregon

This intense, structured Cabernet Sauvignon is produced from low-yield grapes grown in the volcanic soils of the Rogue Valley. Barrel tastings show characteristic blackberry and black cherry aromas, and hints of chocolate, tar and spice. It will be aged for 18 months in 50% new French oak and bottled unfined and unfiltered.
