Expressive of the volcanic Jory soils of the prestigious Dundee Hills, this full-bodied Pinot Gris has a beautiful golden straw color, and aromas of pear, tropical fruits and a hint of cloves. Just off-dry in sweetness, the wine is well balanced with flavors of nectarines and apricots, and a long, spicy mineral finish.
Food Pairings: Rich cheeses such as camembert, triple-cream bries and gorgonzola, as well as seafood and shellfish, cream-based soups and salads with nuts and goat cheese.
