Produced from 100% 20-year-old Pommard vines, this Pinot Noir was aged for 15 months in 100% French oak and bottled unfined and unfiltered. Characteristic Aromas of black cherry and raspberry give way to flavors of red currants and vanilla.  Further complexity comes across in aromas of wild mushrooms, forest floor, and black pepper.  Excellent with game fish such as salmon, sturgeon or halibut, dishes with wild mushrooms, and roasted meats. 165 cases produced.
